Community Leadership
When our local farmers market faced permanent closure in 2020 during the pandemic, I led the volunteer effort to establish a new 501(c)(3) organization to preserve this community tradition and expand public benefit and charitable programs. Thanks to a dedicated, vibrant community, Carnation Farmers Market is experiencing the highest attendance and vendor sales in its 20 year history. In 2023 I received Empower Youth Network's Rise and Shine Award for Outstanding Community Volunteerism for this inititative.
Graphic Arts & Marketing
With a solid background in multimedia arts and graphic design, I have led Carnation Farmers Market's marketing campaigns and created the majority of images and videos seen on the market's Facebook and Instagram pages, and email newsletter for the last five years.

We have partnered with plants and robots to create consumable art and carbon dioxide. Wonderful Day was produced with cellphone video, AI generated media, and original prompts and lyrics.
